TONI RAYMUS

Raymus Homes

As a second generation new homebuilder, Toni Raymus grew up playing in trenches and in homes under construction, gaining an appreciation for all aspects of the industry. After graduating from University of the Pacific, Toni started fulltime at Raymus Homes – growing in knowledge through working in positions such as sales, marketing, property management, acquisition, and land planning. Now, with over 30 years of experience in real estate and land development under her belt, Toni leads her company in land acquisition, development, and planning.  A licensed real estate broker since 1982, Toni also holds a general contractor’s license

Knowing how valuable it is to have a community where everyone can live and thrive, Toni has focused on creating thoughtfully planned neighborhoods in her hometown – specifically targeting first time homebuyers and first move-up buyers within the community. Since taking the helm at Raymus Homes, Toni and her team have personally built over 3,000 homes in San Joaquin and Stanislaus counties.

Understanding that quality homes for neighbors to live in is only one part of the equation, Toni has been developing her community in another way – through actively serving on boards of local organizations such as the Manteca-Lathrop Boys & Girls Club and Doctors Hospital of Manteca. Toni even spearheaded Manteca’s newest event – Great Valley BookFest – creating a high energy, literacy-focused event in the Central Valley, inviting 60 plus authors to enchant the 7,000 annual attendees. A strong proponent of the building industry, Toni served as President of the BIA of the Greater Valley and enjoys being active in the organization today.
