Michael Cortney - Founder
Mike is the former President of Standard Pacific of Orange County and its Northern California Division. He is a Foundation Lifetime Trustee and was inducted into the California Homebuilding Foundation Hall of Fame, class of 2000. Mike is the original founder of the DreamBuilders.
Colleen Edwards - Founder
Colleen is the Marketing Director for River Islands in Lathrop, founder of EMC Creative, Lifetime Trustee and past 2019 and 2020 Chair of the Foundation. She was inducted into the California Homebuilding Foundation Hall of Fame class of 2006, and a founder of the DreamBuilders.
Mark Hoover
Mark is the Founder of ActivCare Living and served as Vice President of the First American Title Insurance Company before retiring in 2014. Mark is a Life Trustee and Chair. Mark also serves on Habitat for Humanity Orange County board, National Association of Home Builders and DreamBuilder.
Gary Ryness
Gary Ryness is founder and President of The Ryness Company. Between 1975 and 2015, The Ryness Company sold and closed over 100,000 homes in 300 communities. Gary is a California Homebuilding Foundation Hall of Fame honoree, class of 2002, Foundation Trustee and DreamBuilder.
John Orr
John Orr is a Program Consultant for HomeAid Sacramento. He retired from North State Building Industry Association as their Executive Officer after serving from 1986 - 2012. He is a Life Trustee and past Chair, California Homebuilding Foundation Hall of Fame class of 2012 and DreamBuilder.
