Tom Grable retired from Tri Pointe Homes in 2025 after more than a decade as President of the Orange County–Los Angeles and Southern California divisions, overseeing regional growth and residential communities. A dedicated industry leader, he has served on several executive and advocacy committees within the Building Industry Association at local and state levels.
