She is guiding the leadership transition of the diverse firm as an employee-owned company — increasing transparency in business operations with an emphasis on continuous professional development. Keenan is a licensed architect who serves as Chairperson of the Board for HomeAid’s Northern California chapter and is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Building Industry Association of the Bay Area (BIABA), and the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
