California Homebuilding Foundation staff is dedicated to upholding the values of our organization and serving our industry in the most professional manner. Meet the members of our team.
Terri serves as Executive Director for the California Homebuilding Foundation. She is responsible for the overall operations of the Foundation including programs, fundraising, financial and personnel management, along with endowments, scholarships and the annual Hall of Fame gala. Terri holds a Bachelor of Science in Career and Technical Studies (BSCTS) from CSUS.
BITA Program Director
Jill manages and oversees CHF's BITA program, which includes expanding the curriculum to campuses statewide, recruiting industry support and coordinating events that raise awareness for the program, as well as, facilitates interaction with program sites and local industry. Jill is a graduate from Concordia University Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration/Marketing.
Director of Sales and Marketing
Allison directs all sales, marketing, public relations and communications for the California Homebuilding Foundation (CHF). She has contributed numerous articles to industry publications and is a graduate of UC Davis with a background in legislative history research and freelance writing and editing.
Director of Accounting
Desiree oversees incoming donations, asset management and depreciation, grant management and reporting tasks. She is graduate of the University of Santa Clara with a Bachelors Degree of Science in Commerce, Accounting, and is a California Certified Public Accountant.
CIRB Research Director
Joe oversees all data collection, analytical procedures, and publication distribution for the CIRB Report. An entrepreneur at heart, Joe brings vision and direction to CIRB. He is a graduate from CSU Sacramento with a BA in Political Science and a BA in Ethnic & Cultural Studies.
CIRB Research Analyst I
Miriah maintains and improves the data quality of California building permit records by performing analysis, monitoring, verification, entry, and publication of statistics. Her background includes sales, cost-benefit analyses, customer service, and client management.
Brittany oversees the BITA curriculum to ensure courses are relevant with industry practices and meet California's CTE standards. In addition, she implements grant programs for the Foundation. Brittany is a graduate from CSU Chico with a BA in Liberal Studies and Master’s Degree in Education.
