Terri Brunson
Executive Director
Terri serves as Executive Director for the California Homebuilding Foundation. She is responsible for the overall operations of the Foundation including programs, fundraising, financial and personnel management, along with endowments, scholarships and the annual Hall of Fame gala. Terri holds a BS in Career and Technical Studies from California State University Sacramento.

Amy Cisneros
Southern California Regional Manager
Amy oversees the BITA Southern California school sites, summer internship program and Foundation events. She also contributes to program expansion and adding industry support to increase awareness. Amy holds a BA in Political Science from the University Southern California and an MS in Sport Management from California State University, Long Beach.

Jill Herman
Program Director
Jill manages and oversees the Building Industry Technology Academy, which includes expanding the curriculum to campuses statewide, recruiting industry support and coordinating events that raise awareness for the program, and facilitates interaction with program sites and local industry. Jill holds a BA degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Concordia University, Irvine.

Michael McSweeney
Career Technical Education Coordinator
Michael provides resources and support for BITA instructors and students. He represents the construction industry by educating school districts, counselors and parents on the growing demand for skilled craftspeople and viable career paths construction has to offer. He has 35 years experience as a General Contractor and served as Sr. Housing Policy Advisor for the San Diego BIA.

Joe Sanchez
CIRB Research Director
Joe directs and oversees all data collection, analytical procedures, and publication distribution for the Construction Industry Research Board (CIRB). An entrepreneur at heart, Joe brings vision and direction to CIRB. Joe is a graduate from California State University Sacramento, with a BA in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Ethnic & Cultural Studies.

Desiree Webb
Director of Accounting
Desiree oversees incoming donations, asset management and depreciation, grant management and reporting tasks. She is graduate of the University of Santa Clara with a Bachelors Degree of Science in Commerce, Accounting, and is a California Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
