Terri serves as Executive Director for the California Homebuilding Foundation. She is responsible for the overall operations of the Foundation including programs, fundraising, financial and personnel management, along with endowments, scholarships and the annual Hall of Fame gala. Terri holds a Bachelor of Science in Career and Technical Studies (BSCTS) from CSUS.
CIRB Research Analyst I
Miriah maintains and improves the data quality of California building permit records by performing analysis, monitoring, verification, entry, and publication of statistics. Miriah offers a unique blend of diligence and procedural assurance. Her background includes sales, together with cost-benefit analyses, customer service, and client management.
BITA Program Director
Jill manages and oversees CHF's BITA program, which includes expanding the curriculum to campuses statewide, recruiting industry support and coordinating events that raise awareness for the program, as well as, facilitates interaction with program sites and local industry. Jill is a graduate from Concordia University Irvine with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration/Marketing.
CIRB Research Director
Allison oversees all data collection and analytical procedures, and manages CIRB’s report publication schedule. She has contributed numerous articles to industry publications and is a graduate of UC Davis with a background in legislative history research and freelance writing and editing.
Director of Accounting
Desiree oversees incoming donations, asset management and depreciation, grant management and reporting tasks. She is graduate of the University of Santa Clara with a Bachelors Degree of Science in Commerce, Accounting and a California Certified Public Accountant.
