RESEARCH PROJECTS

Research funded through the Foundation assists in educating lawmakers and the public about the economic benefits of new home construction, a crucial step in meeting the state's need for housing.

Our goal, through our research endowment, is to provide balance to the public policy debate on housing issues by sponsoring independent, university-based research on issues critical tot he development of new housing and communities in California.

Over the past several years, the Foundation has funded major research studies used by industry advocates. These crucial findings have saved the industry billions of dollars in impact and developmental fees.
