The California Homebuilding Foundation is pleased to announce an educational program that could not come at a more opportune time.
SB 800 Claim Training program is a workshop that will address specific claim handling protocols of SB 800, California's Right to Repair Law. We are over half way through the 10-year statute of limitations and it is expected that the number of SB 800 claims will increase significantly. Learn how to be prepared for the claims and fully utilize the benefits of the new law by working in small groups on real world scenarios so when the claims come your company is prepared. This half-day program that will immediately impact the way you do business in a tough market.
